"I chose a level that seemed..."
I chose a level that seemed like it should be about right for me, but it ended up being way harder than I expected. The details on the site were kind of vague, or at least they didn’t really help me figure out what I was getting into. I got lost quickly and just felt like... okay, maybe this is meant for people who are already much better. For me it was mostly frustrating and didn’t feel worth the time.

"Slow replies and not very helpful"
I had to follow up with customer service a couple of times before anyone got back to me . When they finally replied , it felt a bit rushed and didn’t really fix the problem . The product itself was fine , but dealing with support made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be

I stopped by to warm up before my round, and the practice area wasn’t great. It felt crowded and a little neglected, like it hadn’t been given much attention lately. The range balls were beat up, the mats were worn down, and from the general vibe, I got the impression it just isn’t a big priority for them. Not really what I was expecting...

I dunno, the place just felt kinda off to me from the start. It didnt feel very welcoming and the whole atmosphere was dull. The staff didn’t really seem like they wanted to be there either, which made it feel even more awkward. I was hoping for a chill, relaxed day of golf, but it ended up feeling unfriendly and just not that fun. Probly wouldnt go back.

"clubs were fine, but Not amazing"
I rented clubs from koolinagolf.com and they were okay, just not Great. The driver felt decent, but the irons had some noticeable wear and a couple of the grips were kinda slick. Nothing was actually broken or unusable, so they got me through the round fine. I just expected them to be a little nicer for the Price. For a casual day out it’s probably no big deal, but next time I’d definitely look over the set more closely before heading out.

The course itself seemed like it could be useful, but the layout was kind of confusing. I kept having to click around to figure out where I was supposed to go next. When I reached out for help, support just kept sending me back and forth with the same basic answers, so it felt like I was stuck in a loop instead of actually getting the issue solved.

"I was disappointed with the..."
I was disappointed with the pro shop. When I asked about sizes, the staff acted like I was bothering them, even though I was just trying to figure out what would fit. It wasn’t like I was asking anything complicated either — just basic stuff like whether they had another size, if something ran small, or if there were other options. I’ve had better help buying shoes at a mall, renting gear at a bowling alley, or even asking for a different shirt size at a random department store. Checkout also took way longer than it should have. There wasn’t a huge crowd, no big complicated return happening, no one buying a giant pile of stuff, but it still dragged on. Overall, it just didn’t feel very welcoming or helpful.

"Decent round, but I expected a little more"
I played here last week with a buddy I usually golf with, and we both had similar thoughts. The views were definitely the highlight, and there were a few holes that were really enjoyable. That said, the course conditions felt a bit hit or miss. Some fairways were in good shape, but others had dry patches, and a few of the greens played slower than I expected. It wasn’t a bad experience by any means, but for the price, I was hoping it would feel a little more polished.

Just a quick warning for anyone planning to play here soon, the fairways were decent overall, but there were definitely some patchy spots that could use work. Not a dealbreaker, but it’s something to be aware of before you book
"Tee Time Booking was Fine, Could be Smoother"
I booked a tee time on Koolina Golf and overall it worked, but the site felt a Little slow while I was using it. I had to click around a bit before I found the time I wanted, and at first I wasn’t totally sure if the booking had actually gone through.
The confirmation email did show up after a little while, so it all worked out in the end. Not a Bad experience, just something that could be a bit clearer and smoother. I’d use it again if I needed to.

"Wasnt convenient for me at all"
The location just didnt work for me. I thought getting there would be easy, but it ended up taking way longer than I expected, and dealing with parking was annoying too.
Maybe its fine if you live nearby, but for me it was more of a hassle than anything. I probably wouldnt go back unless they moved somewhere easier to get to or had better access.

"Just didn’t feel worth it"
It felt way too expensive for what I actually got. And it’s not even about spending the money, I don’t mind paying more when something feels worth it. This just didn’t.

"Pretty views, I guess that’s the main draw"
The golf course views were definitely nice, especially with the ocean in the background, and there were some great spots for photos. I did enjoy that part, no question. But beyond the scenery, everything else felt average to me. Not terrible or anything, just not especially memorable. I’m giving it 3 stars because that feels about right.

"Not sure what happened with the greens??"
I’m not really sure what was going on, but the greens looked rough and the ball was rolling kind of bumpy. Just didn’t feel like they were in the best shape??

"Service was painfully slow"
We sat there waiting way too long, and it felt like the staff just didn’t notice us at all. I get that places get busy, but come on, give me a break, at least check in or let us know what’s going on

"Felt Unwelcome and Left in the Dark"
I didn’t have a great experience here. The staff didn’t come across as friendly at all, and I felt unwelcome the whole time. No one really explained what was going on or made much effort to help, so I was left feeling a bit in the dark.

"Food was a bit of a letdown"
The drinks were decent, but the burger was cold and bland. It kind of felt like it might’ve been sitting out for a while before it got to me, though I can’t say for sure. Overall, not the best food experience.

"Cart broke way too quickly and no one took ownership"
The cart felt cheap right out of the box, and it broke much faster than I expected. What made it more frustrating was trying to get help afterward, everyone seemed to pass it off to someone else, and nobody really took ownership of the issue.
